The brief

This includes, but is not limited to, discharges, transfers, admissions, outpatient appointments and low acuity transport.
The service shall also be required, on occasion, by our Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) and 111 where transport is required to convey a patient to an Emergency Department within a thirty (30) or sixty (60) minute timeframe from the request for the journey.

This procurement exercise is divided into eight (8) lots; these being based upon the type of vehicle and the level of patient mobility which can be allocated to each vehicle type.
