Primary aim is to provide support for vulnerable young people who cannot live independently who are Children in Care aged 16/17, Children in Need aged 16/17 who are homeless and have additional needs, and Kent Care Leavers up to the age of 25 years.
In addition the service provides housing related support outreach for those moving on into independent living.
The E-beds element of this contract offers the facility of a bed for a one/two night emergency use.
