However , Go-centric went into liquidation on 2nd December 2022.Firstcom was the service provider to Go-centric for the 0800 telephone services since 14th November 2022.The department of BEIS are managing the contract centre services since the supplier Go-Centric went into liquidation.Firstcom is the subcontractor to Go-centric and provides the 0800 services and owns the number.BEIS had to direct award the business to Firstcom as a result of main supplier going into liquidation to avoid disruption to service which was already live.
