The brief

Acivico Building Consultancy Ltd invites contractors to be considered to receive tender documentation for the demolition, site clearance and associated works at Lea Hall Depot, Rear of 148 -196 Lea Hall Road , Kitts Green, Birmingham, B33 8JU.

The site is made up of single storey office building and shed type buildings which require demolishing down to ground level, including excavation of existing foundations etc.

The site must be well secured by use of appropriate fencing during and at the end of the contract.

It is anticipated the works will commence in 28 October 2019 and be completed by 20 December 2019.

The estimated value of the works is in the region of £50k - £75k.

Birmingham City Council will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
