** THIS NOTICE IS FOR MARKET ENGAGEMENT PURPOSES ONLY ** NHS Arden and GEM CSU are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering a Flexible Resourcing Candidate Tracking System.
The aim of the service includes: - Continuing to deliver against our core service propositions - 7 days from confirmation of candidate name to first day of work - Quality of CVs over quantity, to optimise customer hiring manager time - Increasing our capacity to attract and place more direct candidates, to balance our use of agency partners - Retaining valuable skills and experience for the benefit of AGEM and the wider NHS family - Ensuring that FR workers have a positive employment journey and experience, consistent with our IIP credentials and our aspirations regarding innovation - Ensuring that our operational processes and practices are fully compliant with all HR and other governance requirements.
The purpose of this advert is to invite the market to engage, and provide feedback on the draft specification.
This will provide the CSU with valuable information to ensure that the service and specification is fit for purpose.
The deadline for market engagement responses is by 17:00 hours on Friday 31st May 2024.
Please note this is a market testing exercise and does not commit the CSU to carry out any further procurement process.
