A behavioural insight plan to help drive up the number and quality of cartel leads provided to the CMA by: • Reviewing the insights and behaviours of individuals likely to be engaged in cartel activity, or likely to be witness to it, to inform how best to target this group and encourage them to report such activity to the CMA; • Reviewing the CMA's current methods of encouraging reporting (e.g. incentives for individuals/businesses to report, outreach and communication) as well as the existing reporting process, to map out a typical 'user journey'; • Recommending improvements based on the above; • Designing and implementing trials to test the recommendations for viability and impact.
