The Army's Apprenticeship Programme currently offers apprenticeships at Levels 2, 3 and 4.
In 2018 a Level 6 apprenticeship, the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA), was offered on a trial basis to the NCO and WO cohort.
90 places have been provided, across 3 cohorts of 30 apprentices and 2 different learning providers.
On successful completion of the programme (approx 42 months) apprentices achieve an honours degree in leadership and management and Chartered Manager status from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
