The aim of this Provision is to provide bespoke support to Participants who are unemployed or inactive and aged 50+ to assist them in overcoming any barriers that are preventing them from entering and sustaining employment.

Through flexible and personalised packages of support, it will enhance engagement and work readiness activity for disadvantaged older people who face multiple barriers to work.

Providers are expected to be able to show detailed knowledge of the Central London local labour market and barriers that affect access to employment.

The Provider is required to deliver the Provision across the entire contract area via a range of engagement methods that should include, but is not limited to fixed delivery premises (on a full and/or part time basis) and outreach services to ensure that the Provision is accessible to all Participants.
