The brief

This is a Contract Award Notice to communicate a sub-threshold contract award made by NHS Thurrock Clinical Commissioning Group (the "CCG"), in accordance with the CCG's local Standing Financial Instructions.

The contract award is made to Thurrock Health Hubs for the provision Community COPD and Asthma Diagnostic Services.

The Diagnostic service will deliver: - an improved quality of life experience for patients - clinical effectiveness and delivery of quality assured diagnostics - a positive experience of care and improved health outcome - ongoing educational support to primary care clinical teams The service will be outcome based and meet all relevant National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) quality standards including Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) and the British Thoracic Society (BTS) standards.

To ensure continued delivery of service and patient centered care in line with the models of care set out within the MSE HCP Operational Plan.

The contract period commences 1st November 2021 - 31st March 2022, at a total aggregate contract value is £44,884.

The CCG is publishing this Contract Award Notice in the Contracts Finder in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020) for spend above £25,000.
