The Biocides & Pesticides Transformation Programme is designed to deliver sustainable transformation to support HSE's effective and efficient delivery of biocides and pesticides regulatory services to meet UK requirements, whilst improving the customer and staff experience and releasing capacity for higher value work.
The scope of the overall programme includes processes, people, digital services and technology.
We are looking to complete a short discovery to identify solution design options to include front end, workflows, data capture and data migration.
Deliverables required include detailed solution design for recommended option, delivery road map and a costed, detailed implementation plan.
HSE will consider the best option to progress to Beta delivery on completion of this work.
