When this comes round again

Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority has published 3 Transport Services notices, about every 50 months. On that rhythm the next one is expected around September 2030.

19% of Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Combined Authority’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.

Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →

The brief

This workshop forms a critical part of the Bus Franchising Implementation Pathways Review work being chaired by Leon Daniels OBE with consultancy support from Steer.

The session, chaired by Leon Daniels OBE, is intended to provide an opportunity for bus operators and community transport providers to input their knowledge and views to the review work, providing information on experience in the local area and its challenges, information on operating in different contracting environments and best practice elsewhere.

This will help inform the independent review work undertaken to recommend how the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority franchising scheme proceeds.
