When this comes round again

Preston City Council publishes Health & Social Care work continuously — 12 notices, roughly one every 61 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.

27% of Preston City Council’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.

Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →

The brief

The Changing Futures - Lancashire (CFL) proposal covers 14 local authority areas, across four Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) footprints.

Each ICP has a detailed understanding of their local ‘multiple disadvantage’ needs, through existing programmes and research, including Fulfilling Lives and Operation ADDER in Blackpool, Transforming Lives in East Lancashire, and the Blackburn and Darwen Homelessness Review.

This learning, along with feedback from our Lived-Experience Team, has underpinned our approach to cohort identification.

Our target cohort includes Lancashire adults, experiencing 3 or more multiple disadvantage characteristics, who are not benefiting from existing multiple disadvantage schemes.

Preston City Council is looking to award a contract for a partner to provide the roles of:- 1.
