To supply and deliver the required Continence Products to patients in their own homes, residential/nursing home settings or to within an acute hospital primarily, but not limited to, within the East of England, South Central and South East Coast Areas.
This framework agreement also allows any NHS, local authority and any partially funded or fully funded publicsector entity to benefit from the Framework without a complicated or expensive procurement cycle.
For thepurposes of this agreement The NHS Commercial Alliance represents NHS trusts in the East of England, SouthCentral and South East Coast Strategic Health Authorities and is working on behalf of County, Borough andDistrict Councils and other Public Sector Bodies, such as the Fire or Police Services.
This framework will alsobe available to other private organisations acting as managing agents or procuring on behalf of the abovepublic sector or public interest bodies with prior written consent from the funding body.
This framework will alsobe available to any statutory and other successor organisations to any of the foregoing.
