The supplier will design, deliver and report two surveys among DB trust-based schemes, including relevant hybrid schemes (typically mixed benefit hybrid schemes or DB schemes with a DC top-up) in financial year 2024/25, the first to take place in Q1 FY24/25, with findings provided in Q2 2024/25 and the second to take place in Q4 FY24/25, with findings provided in Q1 2025/26.
The contract also allows for an extension for two further periods to conduct one or two surveys per financial year among DB/hybrid trust-based schemes.
