DVSA - Driving Simulation Tool - Request for Information (RFI) ***This advert is for market engagement only - this is not a procurement at this stage*** The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) would like to invite feedback on their specification for, "A Driving Simulation Tool." The requirement: A prototype for a driving simulator that will replicate a practical in-car driving test to support new entrant driver examiner training.
The purpose of the PIN and RFI is to inform the market of the requirement and gather information and feedback via a Supplier Questionnaire in advance of publishing a future tender.
Please note the specification is a draft document and will be subject to amendment prior to any procurement exercise.
Following receipt of the information from suppliers in response to the RFI, DVSA intend to finalise the documentation and publish a tender via Contracts Finder.
DVSA has issued this early engagement opportunity via the Department for Transport's (DfT) sourcing portal, Jaggaer.
Please read the Specification section within the RFI document, which is available to view on Jaggaer.
