The provision must: • Have an existing stable volunteer base in Bristol so referrals can be received and support offered from the beginning of the contract. • Be able to support families with complex levels of need (eg families in crisis and in need, step down from fostering, care leavers in supported accommodation, families going through or post care proceedings).
