The NHS Christie Foundation Trust are looking to procure a Facilities Management Service Provider to maintain the newly developed Paterson Building, Manchester.
The new ten storey 200,000 sq. ft research and office facility which will be home to approx.780 staff from the Trust, University of Manchester and Cancer Research UK.
The proposed contract length will be for an initial 3 years with potential for two 1 year extension periods totalling 5 years.
The Service Provider shall provide a customer focused, professionally managed, high quality and value for money service for the duration of the Contract Period.
