The objective further includes the need to carry out all minor repairs or replacements found to be necessary during routine inspections and all other breakdown repairs and faults reported by the client.

To meet specific Trust needs all routine weekly testing shall be carried out by In-house team and is excluded from this tender and subsequent Contract.
