When this comes round again

West Dunbartonshire Council publishes Health & Social Care work continuously — 20 notices, roughly one every 12 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.

65% of West Dunbartonshire Council’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.

Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →

The brief

West Dunbartonshire Council on behalf of West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership seeks to establish an Open Flexible Framework for the provision of community support services for adults aged 18 to 65 years who require additional support due to learning disability, autism, complex needs, physical disability, cognitive impairment including acquired brain injury, sensory impairment and mental health challenges.

Services will be delivered through Self Directed Support Options 2 and 3 and will adopt an outcomes focused, person centred approach designed to maximise independence, improve quality of life and support individuals to live the lives they choose within their communities.

The Framework will remain open during its lifetime and providers may apply for one or more Lots
