The establishment of a framework for Managed Debt Collection Services using a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
The MSP will manage a panel of FCA regulated Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) who have specialist capabilities in debt management.
The DCAs offer desk based collection services to arrange repayment of outstanding debts.
The MSPs will use data to create debt recovery strategies and monitor performance.
The MSP will work with buyers to ensure debt is collected sustainably and fairly, including identification and ethical treatment of vulnerable consumers.
Envisaged scope of services: ● Managed Service: The Supplier will provide comprehensive management of all debt collection activities via their own operations and/or subcontractors. ● Optional Services: The Supplier may be required to offer access to additional services, including but not limited to: ○ Litigation ○ Auctioneer Services ○ International DCA Collections The confirmed scope of this framework will be determined as a result of the market and customer engagement.
