A Market Engagement Day will be hosted by Royal Free Hospital NHS Trust on Wednesday 12th July 2017 from 2:00 to 3:30 in the Peter Samuel Lecture Hall, Royal Free Hospital, Pond Street, Hampstead, London NW3 2QG.
UCLPartners Procurement Service on behalf of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust will be managing the Strategic Hard Facilities Management Framework Tender for Chase Farm Hospital.
The principal objective of the works shall be the routine maintenance, testing, validation, certification and repair of various systems in Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust properties At this stage The Trust has not made any firm decisions in respect of the strategic approach, and will use the competitive dialogue process to define the optimal proposal(s)/solution(s) for which the Trust will seek to explore innovative solutions.
The Engagement day is an opportunity for prospective bidders to understand more about the service requirement as well as the Procurement Process.It is not mandatory and suppliers may still bid if they do not attend.
All presentations and outcomes from the day will be uploaded with the tender documents when the project officially launches.
