Falkirk Council Children’s Service is seeking a provider(s) to deliver an alternative to continuing care and aftercare in an accommodation based resource.
The provider will assist young people to gain the knowledge and skills necessary, and support them to make a successful transition to more independent living.
The duration of the Framework is anticipated to be 4 years with the option of a further 3 annual extensions.
