The Department of Work & Pensions (hereinafter referred to as “the Authority” and “DWP”) requires a single Supplier to deliver the Provision of Asbestos Management Services (excluding removal services).
The Authority is intending to carry out a compliant and competitive procurement exercise in May 2024 to select a Supplier that best meets the need of the Authority and to achieve Best Value.
The Authority is inviting Suppliers to register their interest in this future tender opportunity via this Prior Information Notice (PIN) in accordance with regulation 48 of the Public Contract Regulations.

You can still register an interest in this Prior Information Notice in order to receive notification when this tender opportunity goes live in May 2024.
As result of this Prior Information Notice, the Authority shall achieve the following points below: 1.
Is there a sufficient supplier base that can meet the requirements and do Suppliers have the capacity to deliver the Authority`s national requirement to ensure a robust competitive tender process; 2.
Identify how attractive this contract opportunity is to Suppliers within the current market; 3.
Identify if Suppliers in the market will have the capacity to submit a response to a Tender and/or are they planning to submit tenders for similar services to other Contracting Authorities in May 2024.
