The ambition of this commissioning exercise is to procure a universal smoking cessation service to deliver comprehensive, person-centred, high-quality smoking cessation interventions and support to Bristol residents.
As a key part of a wider tobacco control system and strategy, the service will increase the number of people who are engaging with effective interventions to quit smoking and increase the number of people who successfully quit smoking.
In doing so, the service will address the leading cause of health inequalities and work towards reducing these in Bristol.
