Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh (RBGE) is seeking a single supplier to operate the visitor and events catering service at the Botanic in Edinburgh within existing visitor catering facilities at the John Hope Gateway, Terrace Café and external/takeaway operation at East Gate; in addition to event venues at Caledonian Hall, John Hope Gateway and locations elsewhere in the Garden.
The Caterer will be encouraged to maximise catering opportunities, using existing space to its potential and extending opportunities where possible, considering other areas by agreement with RBGE.
RBGE wishes to develop a sustainable, creative and innovative partnership for catering, to best meet the needs of the existing customer base, attract new markets and maximise the overall commercial opportunity.
