Expressions of Interest required Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor (s) for the redesign and refurbishment incorporating new clinic rooms at: • Churchill Centre Aylesford,(Lot 1) - Estimated contract value £151,000 • Coxheath Clinic, Coxheath (Lot 2) - Estimated contract value £161,000 Bidders must: Be Constructionline registered to 'Silver' level with "verified" status and provide their registration number with their bid submission.

Please note that site visits will take place on the 13 December 2021 10.00 - Churchill Centre, Royal British Legion Village, Preston Hall, Aylesford, ME20 7NJ 12.00 - Coxheath Clinic, Heath Road, Coxheath, Maidstone, ME17 4AH Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractors Design (2016 edition) The Trust's preferred option is for one contractor to deliver the works across both Lots (1 & 2) by 31 March 2022.

However, each Lot will be individually evaluated and bidders can submit for both Lots, or individual Lots.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be submitted via the Procontract procurement portal (Proactis) under Opportunity Number DN583234.
