West Berkshire Council will be going out to tender in early 2025 for Care Home services for its last remaining in-house care home.West Berkshire Council currently operates Notrees, an 18 bed residential home in the village of Kintbury.
The Council wishes to transfer the operation of this home to another provider or providers.
We plan to transfer operations to the new provider on 31st July 2025.A Meet the Buyer event will be held virtually on Wednesday 11th December 2024 at 12pm to give potential bidders an opportunity to ask questions about the service and tendering process.
