East Riding of Yorkshire Council (ERYC) has a requirement to receive daily school attendance data for pupils who are placed in external education provision:- CLA placed in out of county schools, EHCP pupils placed in East Riding independent schools, EHCP pupils placed in other local authority schools, EHCP pupils placed in Post 16 provision (NCY 12 and 13 only), Compulsory school age children, Non EHCP, CiN or CP, in out of county schools or East Riding independent schools.
