When this comes round again

Victoria and Albert Museum's Business Services cycle is past due — it ran about every 6 months across 13 notices, and the door is open now. It may re-tender at any time.

16% of Victoria and Albert Museum’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.

Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →

Security services are currently being provided at 15 sites with an approximate total of 245 FTEs.

The contract to the museums consortium currently includes the following elements: • 24/7 Control room services (command and control, CCTV and alarm monitoring) • Entrance guarding and patrols • Key and pass issue • Event security It partially includes the following services at selected sites only: • Behavioural detection analysis • Logistics (deliveries etc)
