The successful supplier will provide spares when required, within a reasonable lead time with proof of conformity that all spare parts to be used are new or reconditioned if new are not available, by issue of Certificate of Conformity stating all parts are in accordance with the standard and specification required for their intended use in the Mirrlees Blackstone E type engine.
