Housing with Care is a set of 4 Extra Care schemes.
The Framework is divided to 2 Lots and is set as a North Locality and a South Locality, with a sole provider for each Lot.
Homecare Services, otherwise known as Domiciliary Care services are provided to the tenants of the schemes, who have an assessed care need.
The contract also provides wellbeing activities for all occupants of the settings.
