Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to provide full multidisciplinary design and professional services (RIBA Stages 0-7) for the refurbishment and adaptation of available accommodation at Bishop Harvey Goodwin School.

The anticipated contract value is estimated at £150k based on a construction value of £1.1million.

The contract is anticipated to commence on 23rd November 2026 and will continue for a period of 2 years unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
