This notice is to reflect an amendment to Sub lot 3b of Award Notice 2026/S 000-088418, Procurement Identifier ocds-h6vhtk-05e88d whereby the supplier Spectrum Wellness UK Ltd were missed due to an administrative error, YPO are working in partnership with the London Borough of Islington to reprocure the 3rd iteration of their Occupational Health, EAP and Associated Health and Wellbeing Services framework offering a broader reach to the whole public sector through a national framework split into 8 regions procured through the Open Procedure under PA23 offering 2 re-opening periods in years 2 and 5 to encourage a broad mix of suppliers within the market. The Lot structure supports a full end to end wellbeing solution for the Public Sector offering: Occupational Health Services, Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP),Health and Wellbeing Related Training Courses, Flu Vaccination Programmes, Modern Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) and Student Assistance Programmes (SAP) for Higher Education 16 years +. The framework offers both the Competitive Selection Process and Award Without Competition as procurement routes to use. Estimated Contract Value £264,000,000.00 inclusive of VAT for the maximum life of the contract (8 years). Tender notice update published 11 May 2026. Stated change: Following some minor changes to the "Call Off Terms and Conditions - Appendix 20 v2 Bespoke" (as detailed within the Clarification Log reference 5.6) the decision has been made to extend the closing date for submissions to Friday 22nd May at 14:00pm. To be fair to all suppliers’ clarifications will be re-opened for suppliers which must be submitted by Wednesday 13th May 17:00pm. YPO' s deadline to respond to all clarifications will be revised to Monday 18th May at 17:00pm. Any clarifications whereby a supplier received a response previously to say this was after the original deadline will now be responded to and added to the Public Clarification Log accordingly. Appendix 20 Call Off Terms and Conditions v2 Bespoke and Appendix 1 - Tender Particulars v3 (Timetable Section 3.1 amended only) have been uploaded to Atamis to reflect the changes.
