Broadacres is seeking to award a contract to deliver a kitchen and bathroom replacement programme consisting of approximately 60 kitchens and 40 bathrooms a year (“Contract”) across their full area of operation to a single contractor.

The Contract duration will be 3 years with an optional 2 year commencing from April 2026, value of expenditure will vary year on year but is envisaged to exceed £2,000,000 over the 5-year Contract period.
