• Newington Avenue, Blackburn\r
• Pickering Fold, Blackburn\r
• Preston New Road, Blackburn\r

• St Marys Close, Blackburn\r

And will encompass the following works:\r
• Carriageway inlay resurfacing;\r
• Reconstruction of speed tables/humps\r
• Adjustment and/or replacement of ironwork;\r
• Replacement of road markings;\r
• Replacement of pedestrian delineation studs;\r
• Installation of traffic signal detector loops\r
• Liaison with stakeholders and the public;\r
• Traffic management.
