Catering Disposables - Request for Information

The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons and the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords (the Authority) are seeking information from potential suppliers regarding the provision of Catering Disposables to the Parliamentary Estate. The Authority requires the provision of Catering Disposables to supply its catering outlets across both Houses in the Parliamentary Estate. This requirement covers both Houses and includes the supply of a broad range of disposable items used in food preparation, service, and takeaway functions. This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a commitment to procure any goods or services. The Authority invites responses from suppliers with relevant experience and capability to meet this requirement.
