The brief

Conwy County Borough Council has an existing NSI Gold Category 1 Certified CCTV Control Room and Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) located in Colwyn Bay.

This tender is to procure a new Maintenance Service for the Public Space CCTV and the Control Room part of the Remote Site CCTV system.

The tender also requests an Option Price to replace the current Public Space CCTV Control equipment with a system from another manufacturer.

The tender does not include the Telecare System, Patriot Alarm System or the Synectics system from another Local Authority.
