Through close partnership working with CAMHS Crisis and Intensive Home Treatment Team (CCIHT) and other relevant agencies, Safe Space aims to reduce crisis escalation, prevent unnecessary hospital attendance and admission, and support young people to access appropriate ongoing care and support.
