THIS IS AN EARLY MARKET ENGAGEMENT NOTICE ONLY FOR THE PURPOSES OF IDENTIFYING SUPPLIERS AND IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION The Contracting Authority is seeking to identify Suppliers who possess the capability for the following requirements in order to inform a potential below FTS threshold purchase.

Budget Holder Requirement: The Authority is seeking to contract with a Service Provider who is capable of meeting the Trust's requirements for a single, integrated clinical knowledge platform supporting patient care, education, training, research and service improvement activities across all Authority sites.

The software platform solution must combine clinical decision support, full-text journals, full-text textbooks, medical images, procedural videos, patient education and drug information within a single searchable interface.
