Tawd Valley Developments Ltd (TVD) is a wholly owned company of West Lancashire Borough Council (WLBC), established in 2018 as a strategic development vehicle to support the Council's ambitions for housing delivery, regeneration and economic growth.

The Council is seeking to appoint a consultant team to undertake an independent, evidence-based strategic review of TVD in order to provide the Council, as sole shareholder, with the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding the company's future.
