Wychavon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the refurbishment and conversion of Belvoir House, Droitwich Spa, together with associated external works, services installations, compliance works and all related activities necessary to deliver the completed project in accordance with the Specification and Contract Documents.
The Authority reserves the right, in accordance with section 24 of the Procurement Act 2023, to refine the award criteria, sub-criteria and the relative importance of those criteria during the Procurement Process.
Any such refinements will be notified to all participating Candidates and reflected in the relevant procurement documents.
