COV - MARKET ENGAGEMENT - West Midlands Residential Framework 2025
Coventry City Council (COV) publishes Health & Social Care work continuously — 73 notices, roughly one every 15 days. This is a stream to watch, not a cycle to wait for.
16% of Coventry City Council (COV)’s awards go to a supplier it has used before.
Which is the argument for getting on the list rather than winning this one. The incumbent is rarely the last winner — it is the roster. See the retention odds by category →
The West Midlands Commissioning Hub and Coventry City Council are looking at the retendering of the West Midlands Residential Framework.
As you are aware the current framework is led/hosted by Birmingham Children's Trust.
Coventry City Council will be taking over as the lead/host for the retender of this Framework where it is scheduled to be released before Christmas.
Prior to the tender release The West Midlands Commissioning Hub and Coventry City Council will host a Provider briefing event lasting a maximum of 90 minutes at 2pm on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 via Microsoft Teams.
The session will set out the plans and timeframe for the retendering of the framework including areas of the current contract that will be changing; revision of the Lots; and new pricing arrangements.
The sessions will last for approximately 60 minutes and there will be an extra 30 minutes at the end for providers to ask questions, raise issues etc.
We hope you, or representatives from your organisations, will be able to attend the session.
