Please note that this procurement has pass/fail criteria (which are specified in the ITT). You should assure yourself that you expect to pass these criteria, before doing a lot of work on the tender response.

Ref Open Tender Process

Although this is an open tender, past experience leads us to believe that we will receive a maximum of 6 responses from bidders that pass the pass/fail criteria. If you submit a competitive response, you have a good chance of winning.

Ref Extensions

Due to the very tight funding-caused timelines for this procurement, we are unlikely to be able to grant any extension to the submission deadline.

If you absolutely must request an extension, please request one very early in the tender response period, and give a very good reason.
