Organisations are invited to take part in the pre maket engagement seek input from market participants to inform and help Ofcom inform our procurement strategy for our employee voice programme.
Ofcom currently relies on an annual colleague survey as the primary means of gathering measurable feedback on employee experience. This model does not provide sufficiently timely or agile insight into emerging colleague experience, culture, engagement and organisational challenges. As a result, there is a risk that feedback is gathered too infrequently to support timely action and evidence-based decision making.
The opportunity is to explore how to procure a pulse survey tool that enables shorter, more frequent colleague surveys, as well as the ability to run multiple surveys in parallel across different populations and topics. This would support a more agile employee listening model, provide quicker insight into priority issues, and strengthen the link between colleague feedback and visible action.
