The brief

Cadent is seeking a single supplier to support our fatigue management journey.

Cadent has an established focus on fatigue management and is seeking to understand current market capabilities and innovation in this area and are looking for an innovative partner with the capability to deliver an integrated solution across fatigue management, health and wellbeing services.

We are looking to work with an organisation that can utilise technology to help us manage fatigue effectively, proactively use health data to support employee safety and wellbeing, deliver interactive education and support services, and integrate data and insights into our existing systems and ways of working.

Alongside this, we'd like the successful partner to deliver interactive, face-to-face education and support services that help improve our employees' health and wellbeing.

We also require the successful partner to work closely with us to integrate their data and insights into our existing systems and ways of working.

Please note, this is not a call for competition.
