Tender notice update published 5 August 2026. Stated change: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C.' The services will be provided between the date 1 December 2026 and 30 November 2030 plus one 12 month option to extend at the Council's discretion and one further 16 month option to extend at the Council's discretion. The total maximum annual price for the provision of the Services is £4,555,040. Agenda for change uplifts may apply, this is a national decision.
