The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase a Large Scale Powder Atomic Layer Deposition tool, or “PALD”, for the Energy Innovation Centre and the wider materials & manufacturing research & development activities in Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG) – University of Warwick.
