M&E Engineering and Design Advisory Services are required to provide expert advice on designing, maintaining, repairing and upgrading a building's mechanical (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing) and electrical (power, lighting, fire alarms, controls) systems to ensure safety, efficiency, compliance and reliability.
The Services will be required across multiple projects during the Framework term and shall encompass, but not be limited to, design services, surveys, compliance-related activities, and associated consultancy support.
The duration of the closed framework will be 4 years.
The framework will be non-committal and non-exclusive.
Annual current spend on these services is approximately £600,000.
