Stated change: Further to our previous communications regarding the Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) for the Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS), we are pleased to provide an update on the rescheduled event. Revised Event Details Date: Wednesday, 8 July 2026 Time: 13:30 – 16:30 (GMT) Format: In-person event (please note this is no longer a virtual session) Venue: Macdonald Burlington Hotel Burlington Arcade, 126 New Street Birmingham, West Midlands United Kingdom, B2 4JQ Please arrive at the venue from 13:00pm to enable a 13:30am prompt start. We anticipate the event will last for 2 hours, with a finish no later than 4:30pm. Please note that there will be no remote access or dial‑in facility available. We will initially accept all expressions of interest without attendance restrictions. Should demand exceed capacity, we may introduce limits at a later stage.  This second PME session will provide: Feedback and outcomes from the initial market engagement Further information on the proposed procurement approach An opportunity for discussion and supplier engagement Registration Suppliers wishing to attend must register using the following link: https://forms.office.com/e/PiKUdahwUH Please complete a separate form for each attendee (all expressions of interest submitted to date remain valid).
