North East Lincolnshire Council is looking to appoint a Principal Contractor to undertake Public Realm Improvement works to Piers Gardens, in Cleethorpes.

The selected organisation will require the skills, experience and resources to deliver this high profile scheme, and in doing so play a key role in delivering part of the Council's ambitious Masterplan for Cleethorpes.

The successful Contractor will provide Civil Engineering, Construction and General Project and Health and Safety Management for the Pier Gardens Scheme in accordance with the Pre-Construction information.
